The Scottish Super Troopers (formerly ABBA-CADABRA) are one of the longest established and most popular tribute shows in Scotland. Their show encompasses all of ABBA's greatest hits and less well known(but equally brilliant) album tracks to the highest possible standard. Who are the cast of the Scottish Super Troopers?
The Scottish Super Troopers' glitterting cast is comprised of some of Scotland's most experienced performers, musicians, vocalists and dancers. This ensures that clients wishing to book a top quality ABBA tribute band can rest safe in the knowledge that the band will deliver a highly polished, professional, theatre standard perfrmance every time.
Our incredibly talented singers, Frances and Cheryl, provide stunningly authentic portrayals of Agnetha and Frida. They have acquired a first class reputation for reproducing Agnetha and Frida's complex vocals perfectly, whilst performing complex dance routines which have been professionally choreographed by Cheryl.
Our own Bjorn and Benny have wowed audienced and critics alike by their outstanding musical ability and superb showmanship, while somehow managing to avoid falling off those high silver platform boots!! Matt plays the part of Benny, singing lead male vocals and playing piano and keyboards. James plays the part of Bjorn and is also the Scottish Super Troopers' musical director. His virtuoso guitar playing and high energy arrangements gives the band its unique rocky edge which has perfectly captured the magic of ABBA's live concerts.
The musical backbone of the group is provided by our excellent drummer. Billy (or Animal as he is better known) is one of the UK's most sensational drummers who brings the songs to life with an energy no other ABBA tribute band can match.
Our sensational dancers are all members of the world famous Scottish Rockettes pro dance squad. The Scottish Rockettes are the official dance squad for the Rocks basketball team, Scotland's only pro team, at Kelvinhall Arena. As well as being the official dancers for the Glasgow Warriors rugby team at Firhill Stadium. The girls are also official dancers for Sky Sport's, UK wide tour, Masters football tournaments. The Scottish Rockettes can also be seen at Hampden Stadium, dancing at the Scotland football team's international games.

Of course, our spectacular live concerts would not be possible without our fantastic technical crew, who are among the most experienced and professional in the UK. The head of our technical team, David is one of Scotland's top lighting designers and is responsible for designing the spectacular light show for our 2011 theatre tour. His assistant lighting technician Alec is responsible for rigging our state of the art sound/light equipment. Our pyrotechnics expert Colin completes our technical team. Outwith theatre work, Colin and David are responsible for some of the UK's biggest organised firework displays through their company Midnight Storm.
